It’s a bit peculiar to start a blog on athletics on a day when I have nothing planned athletically. As a matter of fact I’m typing this at home knowing that down at the MUM Recreation Center there are probably 30 people (or more) playing intense PB games all morning.
But today (Sunday) is a rest day, which is not a bad thing, when you consider that my normal athletics schedule right now is something like this:
